Investors sue Moscow Exchange for trading WTI at -$38 on Apr 20

MOSCOW, Jun 5 (PRIME) -- Investors have filed a 40 million ruble collective claim against the Moscow Exchange for closing May WTI oil blend futures at minus U.S. $37.63 on April 20 to the Presnensky District Court of Moscow, an official of legal company Milton Legal told PRIME on Friday.

The total amount of participants was initially planned much higher and compensation of 1 billion rubles but the participants decided to split the case, the official said.
